We currently collect and process the following information:

• Information about your intended location of charge point installation (address and site images)

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To allow us to contact you with regards to the installation of an EV charge point
• To allow us to quote for the installation of an EV charge point

We may share this information with sub-contractor organisations who are used to carryout installation services on behalf of Evergreen EV.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep personal information for up to 4 years. We will then dispose your information by electronic deletion.
